Internship Description

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Support Trainee to join our Sales & Marketing Division.

This internship is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales operations within an international technology company. You will assist the Sales Support team during the sales process and ensure all requests are handled accurately and efficiently from submission through to completion.


This role requires full-time on-site presence in Maia.

Requirements

  • Currently studying or recently graduated in Sales, Management, Business, or a related field;
  • You must be open to (and excited by) using AI tools;
  • Organized and detail-oriented;
  • Good communication skills and eager to learn;
  • Able to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines,
  • Basic knowledge of Google Workspace;
  • Fluent in English.

Key Responsibilities

  • Order Management
    • Assist in processing and checking customer orders;
    • Help ensure orders are completed on time;
    • Support updates and documentation;
    • Assist with data entry in ERP and CRM systems.
  • Invoicing Support
    • Help check invoices and related documents;
    • Support updates and credit notes;
    • Ensure documents are properly stored.
  • Customer Database
    • Update and maintain customer records;
    • Help organize customer data (groups, brands, sites);
    • Support data accuracy.
  • Contracts Support
    • Help organize and track contracts;
    • Support renewals and follow-ups;
    • Assist with pricing and contract updates.
