Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Success Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will engage with clients in the hospitality industry, ensuring they receive the full value of our solutions. You will play an essential part in fostering strong customer relationships, delivering product demos, and driving business growth.

This role requires full-time on-site presence at our office in Maia, Portugal.

Key Responsibilities and Objectives

  • Content Management: Create, update, and manage digital content to ensure quality and effectiveness.
  • Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards for content creation and suggest continuous improvement actions. 
  • Customer Engagement: Foster strong relationships with clients through proactive communication and support. 
  • Product Demos: Conduct solution demonstrations to clients, driving engagement and supporting contract renewals. 
  • Upselling & Cross-Selling: Identify and explore new opportunities to expand Nonius’ product adoption. 
  • Customer Satisfaction: Monitor customer experience, gather feedback, and provide recommendations for improvement. 
  • Issue Resolution & Escalation: Handle and escalate critical customer issues to management when necessary. 
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain long-term partnerships to ensure continued success with Nonius products.

Must Have

  • Degree in Design, Multimedia, or relevant areas. 
  • Experience in customer success, content management, or client support. 
  • A passion for technology and digital solutions in the hospitality industry. 
  • Fluency in English. 
  • Ability to conduct engaging product presentations and demos. 
  • Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to customer needs. 
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice to Have

  • Previous experience in the hospitality industry. 
  • Technical proficiency in content management systems or digital signage tools. 
  • Additional language skills.​
