Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Success Assistant to support clients using our Digital Signage solution throughout their lifecycle—from deployment to retention. You will assist with project setup, content coordination, screen configuration, and client onboarding. You’ll help resolve support tickets, track usage and performance, and prepare reporting. Additionally, you'll support upsell opportunities and contract renewals, ensuring clients get the most value from our platform to enhance communication and guest engagement.
This role requires full-time on-site presence at our office in Maia, Portugal.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in project deployment tasks, including screen configuration, site setup, and digital signage instance creation.
- Coordinate content provisioning, ensuring media assets are properly formatted, uploaded, and scheduled for display.
- Support client onboarding, including training sessions, documentation handover, and platform walkthroughs.
- Handle content support tickets related to the Digital Signage platform, triaging and escalating when needed.
- Monitor system performance and alerts, ensuring service uptime and fast resolution of incidents.
- Track product usage and client engagement, contributing to monthly reports and ROI insights.
- Identify opportunities for upselling additional features or content services during client interactions.
- Support account management activities, such as renewal tracking, satisfaction surveys, and feedback collection.
Must have
- Degree in Communication, Multimedia, or relevant areas.
- Experience in content management, or client support.
- Experience with customer service;
- Fluent in English (spoken and written);
- Empathy towards helping customers and ability to manage the customer expectations;
- Creative, resourceful, detail-oriented and highly organized.
- Excited about immersing yourself in the world of technology;
Nice to have
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry.
- Technical proficiency in content management systems or digital signage tools.
- Additional language skills.
