Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Success Engineer to support our Integrations Hub product. A cloud-based middleware solution for the hospitality industry, integrating 150+ systems worldwide.
This role requires full-time on-site presence at our office in Maia, Portugal.
Responsibilities
- Assist sales team with the setup of demos and Proof of Concepts (PoCs).
- Support the onboarding of new clients (cloud configuration and integration setup).
- Provide technical support and guidance to customers, ensuring smooth deployment and operation.
- Provide support and troubleshooting on product-specific issues during installation and ongoing operation.
- Identify, test, and report bugs to developers. Produce and keep updated training materials and documentation for colleagues.
- Gather customer feedback and report issues to the Product Manager.
- Maintain daily communication with customers to engage and guide them.
- Respond to product-related inquiries via email promptly and professionally.
- Work closely with sales, product development, and support teams to ensure customer needs are met.
Must Have
- Degree in Informatics, Electronics, or equivalent experience.
- Knowledge of Web Services, APIs, HTTP, TCP/IP technology.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with Linux command line and scripting languages.
- Empathy and ability to manage customer expectations.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and resourceful.
Nice to Have
- SQL knowledge.
- Previous experience in customer service or technical support.
- Additional language skills.
