Job description/responsibilities 

We are looking for a Customer Success Assistant who actively engage with our clients in the hospitality industry to support them in the implementation and use of our Content products, helping them to reach their goals and broaden/deepen our relationship with them.

This position is based in the city of Lisbon in Portugal.

 

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the continued success of the Nonius products on the client
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • New client on-boarding and project implementation coordination
  • Daily communication and relationship with customers to engage and guide them
  • Analyse performance of the product usage and return of investment and send this information to customers on a monthly basis
  •  Monitoring of customer’s contracts renewal and promote up-sell of new functionalities and/or renew the contracts with longer term
  •  Product demos / Customer training
  •  TIER1 Product support: answering support calls and reply to emails and resolve the issues or pursue resolution inside the Teams
  • Product maintenance: publish and update client APPs in the stores (google and apple

Must Have

  • We are looking for smart, good spirit, talented people!
  • Degree in Sales, Business, Social Sciences, Marketing, or similar;
  • Experience with customer service;
  • Fluent in portuguese and english (spoken and written);
  • Excited about immersing yourself in the world of technology, customer success and sales operations;
  • Ability to work under pressure to achieve goals in a reactive environment;
  • Empathy towards helping customers and ability to manage the customer expectations;
  • Creative, resourceful, detail-oriented and highly organized.
