Job description/specification 

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Sales Channel Support to join our dynamic team at Nonius.
This role is pivotal in supporting our Key Account Managers (KAMs) across the globe, ensuring they have the tools, training, and support needed to effectively sell our Mobile solutions to our hotel clients. It offers a unique opportunity to work closely with sales and customer success teams, contributing significantly to our global sales efforts.

This position is based in the city of Maia in Portugal.

Responsibilities

  • Communication and Coordination:
    • Assist in managing communication channels with channel partners.
    • Facilitate communication between channel partners and internal teams (sales, marketing, product, etc.).
    • Ensure that partners are kept informed about product updates and other relevant technical and sales information.
  • Onboarding and Training:
    • Assist in the onboarding process for new channel partners, providing them with the necessary resources and information.
    • Coordinate training sessions to educate partners on product features, sales and marketing materials.
  • Sales Support:
    • Provide sales support by addressing partner inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth sales process.
    • Handle routine inquiries from channel partners and direct them to the appropriate contact.
    • Submit order request  in the sales tool.
  • Inquiry Management:
    • Receive and categorize Leads expressing interest in Nonius solutions that come from the website or email.
    • Respond promptly to partner inquiries.
  • Marketing Collaboration:
    • Work closely with the marketing team to provide channel partners with marketing materials and co-branded assets.
    • Assist in the execution of joint marketing initiatives with channel partners.
  • Performance Monitoring:
    • Track and analyze channel partner performance metrics.
    • Identify areas for improvement and collaborate with partners to implement solutions.

Must Have

  • Degree in Sales, Business Management or relevant areas;
  • Proven experience in customer service and sales support roles;
  • Experience in negotiation and sales processes;
  • Excellent communication skills - both oral and written, with high proficiency in English and Portuguese;
  • Excited about immersing yourself in the world of technology;
  • Ability to work under pressure to achieve goals in a reactive environment;
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Creative, resourceful, detail-oriented and highly organized.

Nice to have

  • Previous experience in an administrative or assistant role;
  • Spanish - spoken and written;
  • Prior experience in the hospitality or technology sectors, especially in roles related to mobile solutions or sales support.
