Job description/specification 

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Sales Channel Support to join our dynamic team at Nonius, specifically within our Mobile team, a Business Unit of Nonius dedicated to Mobile Apps for Hotels.
This role is pivotal in supporting our Key Account Managers (KAMs) across the globe, ensuring they have the tools, training, and support needed to effectively sell our Mobile solutions to our hotel clients. It offers a unique opportunity to work closely with sales and customer success teams, contributing significantly to our global sales efforts.

This position is based in the city of Lisbon in Portugal.

Responsibilities

  • Support Key Account Managers (KAMs), located in the Nonius offices around the world, in achieving the sales targets for the Mobile solution;
  • Execute tailored product demos to meet specific customer needs and requirements;
  • Create Mobile quotes, ensuring they are aligned with customer needs and sales strategies;
  • Register all Mobile sales opportunities from Nonius Channel on the CRM and ensure diligent follow-up;
  • Provide comprehensive training to Nonius KAMs on promoting and selling the Mobile solution effectively;
  • Create and maintain updated sales presentations, case studies, and other materials to support and promote our Mobile solution, providing KAMs with effective tools for sales success;
  • Respond promptly to queries and doubts from potential clients or KAMs, providing thorough support and guidance;
  • Explore new opportunities to upsell and/or cross-sell to existing customers.

Must Have

  • Degree in Sales, Business Management or relevant areas;
  • Proven experience in customer service and sales support roles;
  • Experience in negotiation and sales processes;
  • Fluent in portuguese and english (spoken and written);
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel/spreadsheets;
  • Excited about immersing yourself in the world of technology, sales operations and customer success;
  • Empathy towards helping customers and ability to manage the customer expectations;
  • Creative, resourceful, detail-oriented and highly organised.

Nice to have

  • Spanish - spoken and written;
  • Prior experience in the hospitality or technology sectors, especially in roles related to mobile solutions or sales support.
